- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease.
- Your Parkinson's is at an early to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stage 3.5 or less).
- You experience significant fatigue (score of 4 or higher on the Fatigue Severity Scale).
- You have no other medical conditions that could be causing your fatigue.
- You are fluent in Italian.
