Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You received the Corheart 6 heart pump on or after October 1, 2021.
- You have severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV) that doesn't get better with usual medicines.
- Your heart's pumping strength (LVEF) is less than 30%.
- You need a temporary heart support device (like IABP or ECMO) or continuous IV heart medicines, or you have cardiogenic shock (very low blood pressure).
