Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests an investigational drug called NVG-2089 for adults with persistent or chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a condition where the immune system destroys platelets. The goal is to see if it safely raises platelet counts and improves bleeding symptoms.

Testing GL-2045 Safety in Immune Thrombocytopenia Patients

This trial tests a new drug called GL-2045 for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)—a condition where your body destroys its own platelets, causing low platelet counts and bleeding risks. The study checks if GL-2045 is safe and effective for people whose platelet counts haven't been controlled well enough with other treatments.
