Testing a wearable device for sleep apnea detection

Who can take part

  • You must be 21 years or older.
  • Your doctor must have referred you for an overnight sleep study to check for sleep apnea or follow up on a previous diagnosis.
  • You need to be willing to wear two small patches and a finger pulse oximeter during the sleep study.
  • You must be able to understand and sign a consent form.
  • You cannot be pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • You should not have a history of severe insomnia.
