Who can take part

  • You are a man between 51 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and are at an early to moderate stage (up to stage 3).
  • You are currently taking levodopa for your Parkinson's.
  • You have low vitamin D levels (blood test result below 30 ng/mL).
  • You are not already taking vitamin D supplements.
  • You do not have certain other health problems like heart disease, lung disease, seizures, or severe depression, and you are not a smoker.
