This study tests if a gentle electrical current applied to the scalp (called transcranial alternating current stimulation, or tACS) can improve your ability to stand and walk while doing another task. It aims to help older adults with mild memory problems become more stable and reduce fall risk.

Who can take part
- You are 65 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), which is a small but noticeable decline in memory or thinking.
- You can stand and walk on your own without help from another person.
- Your score on a memory test (MoCA) must be above 18 out of 30.
- You do not have major depression, schizophrenia, or psychosis, and you have not had a recent stroke or another brain disease besides MCI.
- You do not have a pacemaker, deep brain stimulator, or other implanted device in your head or chest, and you have no active skin problems like eczema on your scalp.
