Who can take part
- You are older than 55 and past menopause
- You have a new diagnosis of hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer or minimal invasive cancer
- Your tumor is 3 cm or smaller
- Your armpit lymph nodes show no signs of cancer on exam and ultrasound
- You are eligible for breast-conserving surgery and whole breast radiation
