Who can take part
- Age 60 or older
- Early-stage breast cancer (stage IA or IIA) that is hormone-receptor positive and HER2-negative
- Cancer cells growing slowly (Ki67 ≤30%) with low or intermediate grade (G1-2)
- Underarm lymph nodes are cancer-free on imaging tests
- Good overall health and able to tolerate surgery
- Willing to provide informed consent
