  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are overweight (BMI 25-29.9) or have mild obesity (BMI 30-34.9).
  • Your body fat is above 25% for men or 30% for women.
  • You are willing to follow a 2000-calorie daily diet and keep a diet and activity diary.
  • You have an Android smartphone to use a daily app.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study and agree to use birth control if needed.
