Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- Your weight is between 65 kg (143 lbs) and 130 kg (286 lbs). Depending on the part of the study, if your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 40, or between 27 and 45.
- Your weight has been stable (not changed more than 5%) in the last 3 months.
- You are generally healthy, with no major heart, liver, kidney, stomach, or other medical issues.
- You agree to use contraception (if applicable) or are past childbearing years, and will not donate sperm or eggs during the study and for 4 months after.
