Who can take part

  • You had a spinal cord injury at least one year ago.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your injury level is between the fifth cervical and second lumbar vertebrae.
  • Your injury is classified as A, B, or C on the American Spinal Cord Injury scale.
  • You are not currently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or taking medication for high blood sugar.
  • You have not used electrical stimulation training in the last six months.
