Who can take part
- You had a spinal cord injury at least one year ago.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- Your injury level is between the fifth cervical and second lumbar vertebrae.
- Your injury is classified as A, B, or C on the American Spinal Cord Injury scale.
- You are not currently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or taking medication for high blood sugar.
- You have not used electrical stimulation training in the last six months.
