Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury (from an accident or other cause) that is at the C5 level or lower.
- Your injury happened at least one year ago.
- You are healthy enough to take part in exercise and testing.
- You do not have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted heart device.
- You do not have current serious injuries, pressure sores, blood clots, or uncontrolled medical conditions like high blood pressure or epilepsy.
