  • You work at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital or Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  • You are a PICU nurse, doctor, trainee, advanced practice provider, or other specialist whose patients get transfusions in the PICU.
  • You are a member of the PICU transfusion implementation team, a nursing or physician leader in the PICU, or a blood bank leader.
