New drug combo for advanced lung cancer after TKI failure

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your cancer grew while on an EGFR-targeted pill (like erlotinib or osimertinib)
  • Your tumor has a MET gene change (amplification or overexpression) confirmed by a central lab
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You are able to get out of bed and care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • You have not received prior treatment targeting MET, and have not had chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer
