Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a type of nasopharyngeal cancer called non-keratinizing carcinoma (WHO type II or III).
- Your cancer is stage T any, N2-3, or T4, N1 (according to AJCC 9th edition) and has not spread to other parts of the body.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are within healthy limits.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for this cancer.
