Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You are Chinese and live in China.
- You have a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or higher, or a BMI between 24 and 28 with at least one weight-related health problem like pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, sleep apnea, or joint pain.
- Your weight has been stable (no more than 5% change) for the past 3 months.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after, if applicable.
- You do not have diabetes, a history of certain heart problems, or other serious health conditions listed in the full criteria.
