Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have obesity (BMI 28 or higher) OR you are overweight (BMI 24 to below 28) AND have a weight-related health problem like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, sleep apnea, or joint pain.
- You have not been diagnosed with diabetes (type 1 or 2).
- You have not used prescription weight-loss drugs in the past 3 months.
- You do not have a history of serious health issues such as heart disease, stroke, pancreatitis, depression, suicidal thoughts, certain thyroid conditions, or cancer in the last 5 years.
- Your weight has been stable (no more than 5% change) for the past 3 months.
