Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 and 65 years old.
  • You must have had a diagnosis of isolated (primary) dystonia for at least one year.
  • Your dystonia must affect more than one body part (segmental, multifocal, or generalized).
  • You cannot have only focal dystonia (affecting just one body part).
  • You cannot have DBS, myotomy, or denervation surgery for dystonia.
  • You must be willing and able to come for study visits and follow instructions.
