Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer (by biopsy or imaging)
- You are 18 years or older
- Your cancer is stage III or IV
- You are being treated at one of the two participating hospitals in Indonesia
- You have pain that is more than 10 mm on a 0-100 mm scale, and breakthrough pain above 40 mm
- You are willing to sign a consent form and participate until the study ends
