Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 60 or older.
- You have been newly diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer (stage II to IIIA) that hasn't spread beyond the breast and nearby lymph nodes.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans (like MRI or CT).
- Your general health is good (able to perform daily activities without help) and your heart, kidney, and liver function test results are within safe limits.
- You do not have severe heart disease, an uncontrolled active infection, or a history of other cancer in the last 5 years (except curable skin or cervical cancer).
