Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have early stage HER2-positive breast cancer (the kind that makes extra HER2 protein) that has not spread far beyond the breast or nearby lymph nodes.
- Your tumor is larger than 1 cm (about the size of a pea).
- You have already received at least 2 cycles of standard dual HER2-targeted therapy with chemotherapy, but your tumor did not shrink enough.
- You have good organ function (heart, liver, kidneys) and are not pregnant.
