Who can take part

  • You are a male football player aged 19 to 25.
  • You had a mild (Grade 1) ACL tear within the last 6 weeks that happened without contact (like twisting or landing wrong).
  • You can bend and straighten your injured knee fully without pain.
  • You have not had surgery on that knee before or injuries to other parts of the knee (like meniscus or other ligaments).
  • You can speak English and are willing to join the study program.
  • You are not already in another formal rehabilitation program.
