Who can take part

  • You are a male football player between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have been playing football for at least 2 years and have been training regularly for the last 6 months.
  • You may have had a hamstring injury in the past, or you may not have—both groups are needed.
  • You do not currently have a leg injury or have had leg surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a neurological, orthopedic, or balance disorder, or any condition that limits your ability to do the tests.
