Who can take part

  • You are a male football player between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are an active player from one of eight clubs in the Iraqi Football League.
  • You have a partial hamstring muscle tear confirmed by MRI.
  • You are not currently in any other rehab program.
  • You have not had a hamstring injury in the last six months.
  • You have no other leg injuries, metal implants, or conditions that affect muscle healing.
