Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have stage 4 colorectal cancer that has spread to a few spots (no more than 5) in one or two organs like the liver or lungs.
- You have tried and failed at least two standard treatments (including drugs like fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, irinotecan, bevacizumab, or cetuximab).
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot outside the brain that has not been treated with radiation.
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities, with adequate blood cell counts, liver and kidney function).
- You have not had prior treatment with certain immunotherapies (anti-PD-1, anti-CTLA-4).
