Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old
  • You have a type of rectal cancer called 'pMMR/MSS' that is high-risk (for example, tumor is T4 or N2, or within 5 cm of the anal opening)
  • Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body
  • You have not had any prior treatment for rectal cancer, including radiation or chemotherapy
  • You do not have a history of other cancers, autoimmune diseases, or active infections like hepatitis or HIV
