Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have severe to profound hearing loss in both ears (hearing very little or nothing without aids).
  • You are getting your very first cochlear implant (not a second one or a replacement).
  • You use a Cochlear® implant system with a compatible remote-care processor.
  • You have a smartphone that works with the Nucleus Smart app.
  • You speak and understand French.
