This study tests if cochlear implants can be adjusted remotely (without visiting the clinic) during regular follow-ups. If you have a compatible implant and sound processor, you may be able to take part from home.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a HiResolution Bionic Ear System (models HiRes 90K, HiRes 90K Advantage, HiRes Ultra, or HiRes Ultra 3D) in at least one ear.
- You have used your cochlear implant for at least 6 months.
- You have used a Naída CI M or Sky CI M sound processor for at least 1 month.
- You speak French fluently.
- You own a smartphone and are comfortable using it.
- You can be tested with a hearing test in noisy situations.
