This study tests if cochlear implants can be adjusted remotely (without visiting the clinic) during regular follow-ups. If you have a compatible implant and sound processor, you may be able to take part from home.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a HiResolution Bionic Ear System (models HiRes 90K, HiRes 90K Advantage, HiRes Ultra, or HiRes Ultra 3D) in at least one ear.
  • You have used your cochlear implant for at least 6 months.
  • You have used a Naída CI M or Sky CI M sound processor for at least 1 month.
  • You speak French fluently.
  • You own a smartphone and are comfortable using it.
  • You can be tested with a hearing test in noisy situations.
