Who can take part

  • You must be 14 or older.
  • You must have T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is relapsed or refractory.
  • Your cancer cells must test positive for CD7 (a specific protein on the cell surface).
  • Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) must be working well enough, as checked by blood tests and scans.
  • You must not have had any prior CAR-T cell therapy.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner can become pregnant.
