Who can take part

  • You have had knee pain that is at least a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale for the past 3 months.
  • Your doctor has told you that your knee osteoarthritis is grade 2 or 3 (moderate changes on X-ray).
  • You have not had a stroke, knee surgery, or a knee injection in the last 3 months.
  • Your knee arthritis is not caused by another condition (like an injury or inflammatory disease).
  • You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to participate.
