Who can take part

  • You’re between 30 and 80 years old
  • Your knee X-ray shows arthritis in the mild-to-severe range (grade 2 to 4)
  • Your MRI shows a knee bone marrow lesion (BML) in a weight-bearing spot on ONE side of the knee
  • Your knee pain has lasted more than 2 months and is at least 4/10 over the past week
  • You tried at least 4 weeks of usual treatments (like rest and pain medicines) but still didn’t get enough relief
  • Your pain is mainly in the same knee compartment as the MRI finding
