Who can take part

  • You must have advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic feature called MSI-H or dMMR (a type of DNA repair problem).
  • You cannot have received any previous cancer treatment for advanced disease.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself, with adequate organ function).
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a past or current biopsy.
