- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your blood test shows a high level of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) – above 20 ng/mL.
- You have already tried a PD-1 inhibitor (like immunotherapy) combined with chemotherapy, and your cancer did not respond or came back.
- You are in fairly good health (ECOG 0-1) and doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months.
- Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within a safe range (your doctor will check these).
