  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You have high blood pressure that is not controlled even though you take 2 or more blood pressure pills.
  • You have chronic kidney disease (moderate to severe, but not on dialysis).
  • You do not have certain kidney artery problems, a single kidney, or a kidney transplant.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
