Who can take part
- You have high blood pressure and are willing to have a procedure on your kidney nerves.
- You are currently taking blood pressure medication, or your blood pressure is at least 140/90 in the doctor's office and at least 130/80 over 24 hours.
- Your kidney artery must be large enough and long enough for the procedure, as checked by a CT scan.
- Your high blood pressure is not caused by another condition, such as a hormone problem or a blocked kidney artery.
