  • Your body mass index (BMI) is over 25 (meaning you have excess weight).
  • You have low muscle power or strength.
  • You feel your quality of life is low.
  • You often feel general fatigue or tiredness.
  • You do not have polycystic ovary syndrome, chronic pelvic pain, or a lumbar disc problem.
