Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your breast cancer is HER2-positive or HER2-expressing (your doctor can confirm).
- Your cancer has spread to the lining around your brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease).
- If you only have active brain tumors, at least one must be measurable on an MRI.
- Your overall health is good—your organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough, and you have no recent serious infections or lung problems.
- You haven't had major cancer treatments (like chemo, radiation, or targeted therapy) in the last 2 weeks, and any side effects from past treatments have mostly gone away.
