Who can take part
- You have HER2-low breast cancer (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+ with negative FISH/CISH).
- The cancer has spread to the brain (confirmed by MRI or CT) and you have at least one brain lesion that hasn't been radiated.
- You have not had more than 2 lines of chemotherapy for metastatic disease.
- You have never taken T-DXd (Enhertu) or bevacizumab (Avastin) before.
- You can have stable hormone therapy or mannitol for brain swelling if the dose hasn't gone up for at least a week.
- You are generally healthy enough for treatment (ECOG 0-1) and your organs are working well (adequate blood counts, liver & kidney function).
