Who can take part

  • You feel tired often enough to rate your fatigue at least 4 out of 7 on a standard scale.
  • You speak, read, and write Danish.
  • You live at home, not in a nursing home or 24-hour care facility.
  • You can walk on your own or with a walker or cane for short distances.
  • You are able to use a smartphone by yourself.
  • If you had a brain injury, it must have happened between 3 months and 2 years ago.
