A smartphone app to help with MS fatigue

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
  • You have significant fatigue, scoring 43 or higher on a standard fatigue scale.
  • You own a personal smartphone that is iPhone 8 or newer or an Android phone from about 2018 or newer.
  • You can walk on your own or with a walking aid like a cane or walker.
  • You have not made major changes to your MS medications for at least 6 months.
  • You are willing to wear an activity tracker (like a watch) for the entire study.
