Who can take part
- You have a type of breast cancer called HR-positive, HER2-negative that has spread to other parts of your body.
- Your cancer has worsened while you were taking a CDK 4/6 inhibitor (specifically ribociclib or abemaciclib) together with a hormone therapy like anastrozole, letrozole, exemestane, or fulvestrant.
- You are at least 18 years old, able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1), and have adequate organ and blood counts.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
- You cannot have had certain other treatments for metastatic disease, use nitrates or PDE5 inhibitors, or take strong CYP3A4 interacting medications.
- You must be willing to provide tumor samples and have measurable disease that can be tracked with scans.
