Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (from a clot or bleeding in the brain) at least 3 months ago.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your stroke caused mild to moderate weakness in your arm or hand, but you can still move it a little.
  • You can sit in a chair or wheelchair to use the exercise system.
  • You have some basic experience with smartphones (like using apps or texting).
  • You agree to follow the study plan and sign a consent form.
