Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 60 years old.
- You had a stroke 6 months to 2 years ago.
- You are able to think clearly (score 24 or higher on a thinking test).
- You cannot stand on your own for 30 seconds without support.
- You can walk on your own for at least 7 meters (about 23 feet).
- You do not have other serious health conditions like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, recent injuries, or heart problems.
