This study tests whether combining rhythmic breathing exercises with balance training can improve balance and trunk control in people recovering from stroke. You'll participate in structured exercises designed to help you regain stability and core strength.

Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 65 years old
- You had your first ischemic stroke (blood clot stroke) 3–6 months ago
- Your thinking and memory are mostly clear (score above 24 on a brief mental test)
- Your trunk (core) control is mildly to moderately affected (score of 20–23 on a trunk control test)
- You can handle at least 60 minutes of exercise without severe difficulty
- You do not have serious vision loss from your stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, nerve damage from diabetes, or balance problems from other neurological conditions
