  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with CLL or SLL that has come back or is not responding to treatment, and you need more therapy.
  • You are in good enough health to walk and care for yourself (able to do daily activities).
  • Your bone marrow and major organs are working well enough.
  • You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
