Study of zanubrutinib plus sonrotoclax for high-risk CLL/SLL

CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia)

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (zanubrutinib and sonrotoclax) as a first treatment for people with high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). It aims to see if this approach works better than standard care by using a test called MRD to guide treatment duration.
