Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread (metastatic) and have not had treatment for it before.
  • Your cancer is high-volume, meaning it has spread to at least 4 bones or to organs like the lungs or liver.
  • You have started hormone therapy (either shots or surgery to lower testosterone) within the last 12 weeks, and you may also be taking abiraterone or darolutamide.
  • You have not received chemotherapy (docetaxel) or certain other advanced treatments like targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radioligand therapy.
  • Your prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level has not started rising again after an initial drop on hormone therapy.
  • You do not have serious uncontrolled infections, autoimmune diseases needing strong immune-suppressing drugs, or active brain metastases.
