Who can take part
- You must be a man 18 or older with metastatic prostate cancer that has not become resistant to hormone therapy.
- Your tumor must not be a rare type like neuroendocrine or small cell.
- You must have started hormone therapy (ADT) at least 28 days ago but no more than 12 months ago.
- You may have received chemotherapy (taxane) before, as long as your cancer did not worsen during it.
- You may have used certain other hormone drugs (ARPI) before, but you must stop them before starting the study drug.
- You cannot have had treatment with an experimental agent in the last 28 days or with specific drugs that target a protein called EZH2.
