Bladder-sparing therapy for HER2+ muscle-invasive bladder cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your bladder cancer must be muscle-invasive and not have spread outside the bladder (stage cT2-4aN0M0).
  • Your tumor must show some HER2 protein (at least 1+ on a test).
  • You cannot have had prior chemotherapy or other drugs for bladder cancer.
  • You must be in good enough health to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have active autoimmune or inflammatory disorders.
