Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • This is your first ACL reconstruction surgery.
  • Before your injury, you were playing sports or doing activities at a high level (at least 6 out of 10 on the Tegner scale).
  • You were very active before the injury (Marx activity scale score of 12 or more).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 35.
